Steven Craig Highland

Managing Director

Craig is the Managing Director for Wharton Aldhizer & Weaver. He plays a critical role in addressing and managing the business operations of the firm, which include: accounting, payroll, IT, facilities, marketing, etc. Craig is a Virginia Certified Public Accountant and most recently served as the CFO of Parker Compound Bows, Inc. Before that, he was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at NTELOS, where he worked for 18 years. During his professional career, Craig has built a reputation for the skilled management of $100+ million operational projects, executed over $4 billion in capital transactions and participated in numerous long-term strategic planning efforts to promote growth. He excels at communicating high-level financial goals and objectives from the board room to operational teams. Craig is proud to be part of such a well-respected firm known for its integrity throughout the community and beyond. When he’s not supporting the team at Wharton Aldhizer & Weaver, Craig follows LSU football and enjoys travel and photography.
