If hired, and in consideration thereof, I understand and agree to conform to the job requirements and rules of which Wharton, Aldhizer & Weaver PLC may advise me, in writing or otherwise, and agree that such requirements and rules may, from time to time, be modified and amended. I agree that, if hired, my employment is not for any definite time period and that the firm may change wages, benefits or working conditions at any time. I accept and understand that, if hired and as a condition of continued employment, the business needs of the firm may require that I work overtime, a rotating work schedule, a schedule other than Monday through Friday, and travel.
I further agree, if hired, my employment with Wharton, Aldhizer & Weaver PLC is at will and may be terminated at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at the option of either the firm or me. I understand that no person associated with the firm has the authority to change this employment relationship.
I further agree and acknowledge that, if hired, federal law requires me to provide the firm with appropriate identity and employment eligibility documents within three (3) days of hire; and, if hired, thereafter, when necessary, to demonstrate continued compliance with the immigration laws. I acknowledge that, if hired, failure on my part to provide such documentation will result in termination.
