  • $3.5 Million verdict in Staunton, Virginia, for misdiagnosed stroke in the Emergency Room resulting in the death of a 40-year-old mother of two teenagers (This was the largest medical malpractice verdict in Augusta County history.)
  • $1.8 Million settlement for birth related injuries to mother and child resulting in profound cerebral palsy of the child
