Tom frequently travels, training safety professionals and their teams on their rights and responsibilities during an OSHA inspection or compliance action. His proactive approach to OSHA law saves his clients money and time, making him a valuable asset to their organization. Tom started his career as an investigator for the New York State Attorney General which piqued his interest in law. After law school, Tom served as a law clerk to the Hon. H. Emory Widner, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Tom is a father of nine children and spends his spare time working on his small farm in the Shenandoah Valley.
