Jeromy J. Henning is a Harrisonburg lawyer who joined the Wharton, Aldhizer & Weaver team as an associate attorney in 2025. Before entering the legal profession, Jeromy served our country with distinction as a United States Army Sergeant Major. Jeromy graduated from William & Mary Law School in 2025 after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2016 while serving full-time in the military. Jeromy chose to pursue a legal career to continue serving his community in a new capacity. As a member of our Occupational Safety & Health Administration team, he brings detailed focus to find solutions for WAW’s business and corporate clients across the country.

    Jeromy Brings Military Determination To His Legal Practice

    Jeromy uses the same determination from his thirty years in the military in his work as an attorney. He’s committed to helping WAW’s OSHA clients as they navigate legal challenges, educate their employees, and prepare for inspections. In his free time, Jeromy enjoys riding his motorcycle, archery, and watching other people get excited about pickleball.
