Seth J. Kott is an associate attorney at Wharton Aldhizer & Weaver in Harrisonburg. As a member of the Commercial, Corporate & Business Law practice group, Seth represents the legal needs of large and small businesses across the Shenandoah Valley. Seth is a 2025 graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law. During law school, he served as a legal extern for Lynchburg Circuit Court Judge J. Frederick Watson, where he refined his research skills and gained an appreciation for varied approaches to advocacy. Seth’s clients value his willingness to go the extra mile and his ability to solve complex problems under stress.
