Charles “Wil” Russell applies strong problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking to serve clients in Wharton Aldhizer & Weaver PLC’s Civil Litigation practice area. Wil joined the firm in 2025, bringing with him hands-on experience from a judicial and several law firm clerkships, including serving two circuit court judges in Staunton and Waynesboro.
