Molly A. Ullrich is an associate attorney on Wharton Aldhizer & Weaver PLC’s OSHA team. Before joining WAW in 2026, Molly practiced criminal defense and plaintiff-side personal injury law in Colorado, where she gained valuable experience investigating facts, analyzing evidence, negotiating and advocating for clients dealing with government agencies. She brings those skills to her OSHA practice, helping businesses navigate complex regulatory issues with rigorous advocacy and detailed preparation. Molly prides herself on being highly responsive and empathetic while helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions during stressful situations.

    Molly Brings Confident Advocacy To OSHA Clients

    Molly chose a legal career because she wanted to better understand the justice system and help others navigate it. After beginning her career in criminal defense and personal injury law, she was drawn to OSHA because it allows her to continue investigating facts, analyzing evidence, working with government agencies and advocating for clients in a more preventative and business-focused environment. Molly enjoys tackling complicated legal questions and helping clients understand their options moving forward. Outside of work, she’s an avid Denver Nuggets fan who attends at least five games each year.
