Mary Is A Seasoned Attorney Ready & Able To Help Our Clients.
Mary joined our OSHA team in 2022 after working as an attorney in Texas since 1989. She is an advocate for her clients, helping them navigate complex legal situations with confidence and ease. Mary has worked for several firms during her career, focusing on acquisitions, mergers, corporate law and individual legal needs. Some notable experiences include coordinating the IPO and acquisition of 46 podiatry offices in 57 cities for $40.0 million. She also played a critical role in arranging the sale of El Dorado and Wood River Refineries to Frontier Oil Corporation for $1.0 billion. Mary will be assisting our OSHA team in helping our clients tackle the complexities of running their businesses safely and responsibly. Mary graduated with a B.A. in English from Rice University and earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. She is presently licensed to practice in Texas.
