STAUNTON, VA – Wharton Aldhizer & Weaver (WAW) proudly announces the promotion of Briana (Brie) Stevens from Associate Attorney to Partner in our law firm’s Staunton office. Brie is now WAW’s eleventh partner, and her extensive experience strengthens our firm’s position to continue to grow the family law practice area.

Brie received her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law, where she was a member of the Public Interest Advocates and a board member of the West Virginia Fund for Law in the Public Interest. From the start, she knew she wanted to practice family law, so she strategically sought clinics and internships that maximized her exposure to the practice area.
During law school, Brie worked as a student attorney with the Child and Family Clinic and interned with Legal Aid of West Virginia, ChildLaw Services, Inc., and the Title IX Office of West Virginia University. Her dedication to clients and unwavering passion for family law have persisted since then.
