Humes “Tripp” Franklin is a third-generation lawyer representing clients in Family Law, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Business Law, and Medical Malpractice cases at Wharton Aldhizer & Weaver. He is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in Virginia and West Virginia. His significant experience working with individuals, families, and businesses gives him a firm foundation in meeting your legal needs. He offers wise counsel to his clients and develops solutions to get them in a better situation than when they first hired him. Clients know they can depend on Tripp for honest and open communication and to treat each case with the integrity it deserves. Tripp is the Chairman of the Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission (JIRC). He is also the varsity boy’s cross-country coach at Wilson Memorial High School in addition to the boys and girls middle school coach.
