WAW Announces the Newest Additions to Our Law Firm

Three new associates will be joining the law firm of Wharton Aldhizer & Weaver PLC in September, and we’re pleased to introduce them to our clients and community.

Seth J. Kott will be joining the firm this fall.  Seth is a recent graduate of the Washington and Lee University School of Law.  He worked for the firm as a summer associate during the 2024 season and has internship experience in criminal defense and civil litigation matters.  The firm is excited to welcome Seth back to the firm.

Jeromy J. Henning will be joining the firm after his recent graduation from William and Mary Law School.  Jeromy served in the United States Army for 26 years before obtaining his law degree.  He also has internship experience in criminal defense and in the New Kent County Commonwealth Attorney’s office.  Jeromy will be focusing his practice on the firm’s OSHA team.

C. Wil Russell completed his law degree in 2024 from George Mason University.  He has worked for the last year as a Judicial Law Clerk for the 25th Judicial Circuit of Virginia in Staunton and Waynesboro.  Wil is barred in Virginia and will be working out of the firm’s Staunton office initially focusing on insurance defense and personal injury.
